Ferretti Construction carried out the revamping of the rolling mill foundations for the installation of a new billet welding machine at the Sremska Mitrovica plant in Serbia.
The intervention was executed during a 10-day calendar shut-down and successfully completed using fast-track revamping technology. Civil works were finished two days ahead of the initial schedule, allowing the entire project to be completed in just 10 days, compared to the 12 days specified in the contract.
