Ferretti Construction carried out the civil works for the revamping of continuous caster machine foundations at a steel plant in Texas (USA), with SMS Group as the technological supplier.

The scope included selective demolition of the existing structures and the construction of new reinforced concrete foundations to support the loads and vibrations of the next-generation machine.
